Due to Fatum's last min Pork Knuckle Invitation yesterday, many of us could not make it there. So here is a chance for round 2!
Goal: To attempt a 10 Pork Knuckle Challange for our table :P
Location: Baden, Holland V

NB: due to the limited numbers of pork knuckles the resturant can produce in one day (the prep work takes more than 1 day, that's why it's so good), anyone who signs up for a pork knuckles, got to let me know before hand, so I can preorder with the boss ......
of course .... so anyone who signs up for this, better turn up, and eat the pork knuckle ! ....
1 BIG pork knuckle can feed roughly two persons ....
1 "small" knuckle is a good meal for one ....
best if it could be after national day .... there are events coming up ...

it's not fried, it's slowly and lovingly roasted ....
how about a week day ? .... even I try to avoid holland V on the weekends, cos it's so crowded ....

but at least avoid fridays then .... cos it's super packed on fridays .....
i have no idea why .... but holland's more packed on fridays than saturdays ...
